• No Audio Hosting: Softech Radio does not broadcast, record, host, re-encode, or store copyrighted audio media or music files on any of its servers.
• Direct Stream Routing: When a user clicks to play a station, the user's web browser establishes a direct HTTP connection to the broadcaster's own public streaming server (such as Icecast, Shoutcast, or HLS content delivery networks).
• Intermediary Protection: Softech Radio functions strictly as an information location tool under Section 512(d) of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512(d)) and an intermediary under Section 79 of the Indian Information Technology Act, 2000.

2. Nominative Fair Use of Broadcaster Trademarks

Station brand names, frequencies (e.g., 98.3 FM, 93.5 FM, 91.1 FM), call signs, and logos displayed on this website are the registered trademarks and intellectual property of their respective broadcast companies.

They are displayed strictly under the legal doctrine of Nominative Fair Use:

• Under Section 30 of the Indian Trade Marks Act, 1999, the use of a registered trademark to identify the goods or services of the proprietor does not constitute infringement.
• Under 15 U.S. Code § 1115(b)(4), nominative fair use permits the truthful identification of goods and services by reference to their brand name.

3. Contact Information: Your full name, official organization/network name, physical address, telephone number, and official corporate email address.
4. Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the indexing of the stream is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. Accuracy & Perjury Statement: A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
6. Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the authorized representative.

4. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that your stream was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a written counter-notification to our Designated Agent at dmca@softechonline.in containing your contact information, identification of the disabled stream, and a statement under penalty of perjury consenting to dispute resolution.

5. Station Additions & Stream URL Updates

Broadcasters are encouraged to keep their directory listings accurate and current. If you have changed your streaming endpoint (Icecast/HLS/AAC+), upgraded your bitrate, or refreshed your station branding, please submit your updated details to info@softechonline.in. Our curation team will verify and update your station listing promptly.
